History

Jurnal Syntax Imperatif: Jurnal Ilmu Pendidikan dan Sosial was first published in 2020 as a scientific platform for academic publications in the fields of education and social sciences. Initially managed by CV. Syntax Corporation Indonesia, the journal’s management was later transferred to CV. Rifainstitute as part of institutional restructuring and development.

Since its inception, Jurnal Syntax Imperatif: Jurnal Ilmu Pendidikan dan Sosial has consistently published issues on a bimonthly basis. The journal has been accredited by SINTA for the period from Volume 1 Issue 5 of 2020 through Volume 6 Issue 4 of 2025.

To enhance the quality of publication and editorial management, a new article template was officially implemented starting from Volume 6 Issue 1 of 2025.

As part of the journal's technical improvements, the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) prefix was changed from 10.36418 to 10.54543, ensuring better indexing and integration with international citation systems.
