Withdrawal of Manuscript

Withdrawal of Manuscript

Authors are not permitted to withdraw a submitted manuscript under normal circumstances. Manuscript withdrawal is considered a waste of editorial and publishing resources, as editors and reviewers dedicate significant time and effort to process submissions.

If an author insists on withdrawing a manuscript while it is still under review or in the editing stage, any administrative fees paid will not be refunded.

Authors are reminded that prior to publication, a mutual agreement and declaration form is signed between the journal manager and the author. Violation of this agreement may have legal implications if the withdrawal is done unilaterally without editorial approval.
