Implementation of Government Electronic Implementation Policy at the Regional Secretariat Tojo Una – Una Regency

The purpose of this study is to find out the extent of the Implementation of Electronic Government Implementation in Tojo Una-Una Regency. The Usefulness of Research in theoretical and practical aspects. By using a qualitative descriptive method and on a qualitative basis, with as many as 5 informants. The results of the research from the implementation of the Government Electronic Implementation Policy at the Regional Secretariat of Tojo Una-Una Regency, using the theory of Van Meter and Van Horn in the spirit of Winarno (2012:159). The resources are good and are said to be effective if the work is completed on time; Communication between leaders and regional apparatus is already good and good communication will produce a good service as well. The factors or elements in the communication apparatus include: Who is faced, in this study what is faced are State Officials and Civil Apparatus in the Regional Secretariat of Tojo Una-Una Regency who receive services; The characteristics of the Pelekasana Agent are good and provide a good understanding for Officials, ASN, and the Community.The economic, social and political conditions of the policy of implementing Electronic Government in the Regional Secretariat of Tojo Una-Una district are good and maximum, but there are problems that must be fixed and can be reported to the leadership. In the aspect of basic measures and policy objectives, there is a problem, namely the non-fulfillment of the internet network, the recommendation is to convey to the highest leadership so that they can issue a circular letter to the Kominfo office related to the addition of MBPS internet networks in all Agencies, Agencies and Offices, especially the Regional Secretariat of Tojo Una-Una district. From the aspect of economic conditions, it is hoped that it can coordinate with the organizational section regarding the impact on the implementation of Electronic Government and add the value of Bureaucratic Reform to the SAKIP Assessment of Tojo Una-Una Regency. In social conditions, the Regional Government of Tojo Una-Una Regency issued a circular letter from the Regional Secretary regarding the use of the Srikandi Application which is part of the SPBE itself
