Efektivitas Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) untuk Complex Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD) pada Wanita Dewasa Penyintas Kekerasan dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT)

Trauma akibat Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) dapat memicu Complex Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD), suatu kondisi serius yang memerlukan intervensi terintegrasi. Penelitian ini menguji efektivitas intervensi yang menggabungkan Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) dengan Behavioral Activation (BA) dalam penanganan C-PTSD pada seorang wanita dewasa penyintas KDRT. REBT berfokus pada identifikasi dan restrukturisasi keyakinan irasional yang menjadi akar penderitaan emosional dan perilaku disfungsional, sedangkan BA bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dalam aktivitas bermakna dan menyenangkan guna mengurangi penghindaran dan depresi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus intervensi terhadap seorang wanita berusia 37 tahun yang memiliki riwayat paparan kekerasan berulang sejak masa kanak-kanak, baik dari orang tua, suami, maupun anaknya. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui berbagai asesmen, termasuk wawancara, observasi, dan pemeriksaan psikologis menggunakan instrumen PCL-5, CAPS-5, WAIS, tes grafis, DASS-42, dan TAT. Intervensi ini dilaksanakan dalam enam sesi terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi REBT dan BA efektif dalam mengurangi gejala C-PTSD yang dialami subjek, meningkatkan fungsi adaptifnya, dan membekalinya dengan strategi koping yang lebih efektif. Integrasi antara REBT dalam merestrukturisasi kognitif dan BA dalam mendorong tindakan konkret terbukti mampu mengatasi dimensi kognitif dan perilaku trauma secara komprehensif
